Refund policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at al@alfredosbarbershop.co.uk. Returns will need to be sent to: Alfredo's Barbershop, 8 Hewell Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8NE.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can fix it for you.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also don't accept returns on personal care goods (like beauty products) that have been opened or used. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
